Who writes the stories?

This theme has been coming through for me at the moment and sharing for those feeling lost or confused and seeking clarity.

This idea about who writes the stories, who stands to benefit from the stories being told and who’s stories are omitted in order to construct our beliefs and truths has been on my mind for a while, then last night reading my book, I stumbled across another powerful passage with the same message.

Synchronicity to me means pay attention!

I am not going to tell you what to think, what to feel, what to believe... right now I think that’s where we’re going wrong... what I encourage you to do is minimize the noise from outside yourself, sit quietly, listen for your truth, tune into to how your body is responding to incoming information, is it resonating as truth, does it align?

If not don’t be afraid to speak & act upon your truth. It’s real, it’s valid & it’s needed!

Choose love (not fear) and take inspired action to create a life that is joyful & aligned.

Standing in your truth with courage empowers others to do the same, it’s a beautiful ripple!
