A little about me...

Hi there! So lovely to see your face around here. I thought it was about time to pop on and share a little about myself, and I’d love to get to know you too.
I’m Abbie. I’m an Ayurvedic Practitioner & Yoga teacher from South Australia, and while I love anything to do with holistic health, what really intrigues me most is the subtler aspects, the unseen, and the philosophy that underpins all the wisdom of Ayurveda & Yoga.
I am curious, a life-long learner, a truth seeker. I may seem shy, quite or reserved but truth be told, I am always deep in thought, always observing, always contemplating. I love to interpret the ancient teachings and share in a way that others can easily understand and apply to enhance their wellbeing.
When I share Ayurveda with others, it’s like a light comes on, they immediately resonate with it, something in them recognises the truth of it.
That’s why I created Live Wisely, because I believe we all have this innate wisdom, this voice within guiding us, the key is to listen, trust & follow our intuition. Ayurveda & Yoga offer so many practices that allow us to create space & stillness in our life so we can connect with this guidance and live in alignment with it.
𝕆𝕟𝕘 ℕ𝕒𝕞𝕠 𝔾𝕦𝕣𝕦 𝔻𝕖𝕧 ℕ𝕒𝕞𝕠, is my favourite mantra and the inspiration for my work, it translates to, 𝕀 𝕔𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝕦𝕡𝕠𝕟 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕙𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕖𝕤𝕥 𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕤𝕔𝕚𝕠𝕦𝕤𝕟𝕖𝕤𝕤 𝕥𝕠 𝕣𝕖𝕔𝕖𝕚𝕧𝕖 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕕𝕚𝕧𝕚𝕟𝕖 𝕥𝕖𝕒𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕣 𝕨𝕚𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟 𝕥𝕠 𝕘𝕦𝕚𝕕𝕖 𝕞𝕖.
So yes Ayurveda & Yoga teaches so many physical practices relating to food, herbs, lifestyle, postures, breathing techniques etc but these are all in place so we can better get to know ourselves, our true nature.
